Terms of Use

Updated: September 22, 2026. These terms govern access to YKONY’s digital channels, YKONY Platform and applications provided by YKONY.

Account and acceptance

By creating an account, enrolling in an application or subscribing to a plan, you confirm that you have provided accurate information, have the capacity to accept these terms and will keep your credentials protected. Personal accounts must not be shared. Business environments depend on the permissions granted by the responsible organization.

Applications and access methods

The catalog may include applications from YKONY or authorized third parties. Each application states its intended audience, delivery method, version and applicable terms. Enrollment does not transfer intellectual property ownership or authorize copying, reverse engineering, redistribution or use beyond the permissions granted.

No-charge offers and promotional terms

Certain applications, features or periods of use may be provided at no charge, on a promotional or experimental basis, or subject to the account’s plan. These terms may limit duration, capacity, volume, functionality or support. Continuing the offer, increasing limits or accessing additional features may require a subscription or agreement presented to the user before any charge.

Plans, limits and payments

Creating an account does not, by itself, authorize a charge. Plan limits may consider the number of applications, storage, automations, processing, users, integrations or other units specified in the platform. Pricing, billing frequency, renewal and cancellation terms will be displayed before a subscription or purchase is confirmed. Material changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable law and the relevant agreement.

Data and separation of contexts

Application usage data is linked to the account and authorized context. Users must select the appropriate personal or business profile and respect the permissions of each environment. The Privacy Policy describes the purposes, legal bases, sharing arrangements and rights related to the processing of personal data.

Artificial intelligence

Artificial intelligence features may produce inaccurate suggestions, classifications or content. Users must review results before making financial, legal, medical, professional or other significant decisions. YKONY may apply security controls, auditing and technical limits to prevent abuse and protect the service.

Responsible use and suspension

It is prohibited to violate laws or third-party rights, bypass limits and access controls, introduce malicious code, compromise service availability or use accounts and applications for fraud. Access may be limited or suspended in the event of security risk, abuse, nonpayment or violation of these terms, subject to applicable rights.

Availability and development

Applications and features may be corrected, updated, replaced or discontinued to maintain security, quality and sustainability. When a change affects a contractual obligation or data processing, the terms of the plan, appropriate notices and applicable law will be observed.

Intellectual property

Trademarks, text, interfaces, code and other materials belong to YKONY or their respective owners. Access grants only a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license linked to the duration of the account, plan or corresponding authorization.
